Every time I think about how I only joined this business because I wanted a supplement to my other business, and then I look at where I am now, I am amazed! Some join for a NEED or a specific purpose. I joined for something to do, and even on a whim. On a whim meaning I thought about it for 3 hours then went for it.
Now I have a team of over 480. I am more financially comfortable. I have taken trips, met some FABULOUS sister consultants, have had real, not just business conversations with our founders and corporate team that work their tails off for us. I have grown so much as an individual and to be able to pass on my knowledge to others on the team and watch them grow and reach their goals and unleash their potential is truly amazing. Some people flip flop with their businesses, and yes I have been in about 6 since 1996/97. I can truly without a doubt say that I have found my niche. I'm where I belong, doing what I love. Sharing, and inspiring.
