As a team leader it ANGERS me to see new consultants asking basic questions that their sponsors should have answered within the first 2 meetings/training calls. If you are not going to help, show, teach, guide your newly acquired team member, then DON'T, I repeat, DON'T sign them up! If you are not working your own business, how can you help someone with their business? Looking to join a business and searching for a sponsor? Ask your potential sponsor is he/she active in their business. If your friend does the business as a hobby and rarely orders, isn't keeping up with the ins and outs of the business and you know you're wanting to join the business because you truly are trying to make supplemental income or perhaps leave your 9-5; you may need to tell your friend, no offense, but I think I need to sign under someone who is more active and in touch with the company and their business. www.stuffthatblings.com
